    premium domain + established link directory for sale.

    phpLD license included (branded). had 6 paid link sales past 3 months. the template is also a paid one. costs $15.

    I got my adsense account banned few months ago, so there are no adsense revenue. I never put adsense on this site. but if you place adsense, I think you might be able to get more revenue. the directory is pure business, so I guess adsense would work great.
