    It has 0 incomming links, in alexa there is not even a blip in the past 2 years that the domain is reg'd, it's not even a .com... so 30$ is much more then it's worth, I bought PR4 domains for 30$ with 4 letter .coms, incomming links and traffic. So from me that's the max I would spend on it, and that's just for the cute name.
