The rates vary at all times. Just make a new application, and he'll look over it for you with a very very high chance of acceptance . Also, I reccomend suscribing, as more offers and oppertunitys will arise, and things are to be given away for free .
I went there and only saw on cpm network listed. Where's all the others as you mentioned cpm networks and not cpm network. lol

Yield manager lease out their licences to companies. It's not a clone. You will see most of the top companies using yield manager's software.

I'm fully aware of what YM is etc, just that all the lower tier companies like BC are referred to as YM clones by a lot of people. Anyway, after testing them for a bit today, their CPM's are very low, to be expected really. I wouldnt worry too much if you're not accepted, I wont be using them after all. Only a couple more to go before I've got an account with every YM 'network'!
Where is your traffic coming from? Also, what settings were you using? They pay more for uniques, than they do multiple visits. Also Matt, if you want to get in, I can email Kjell to review your application for you. Strange they didn't let you in!
