    Hey!

I am selling the website http:// Help - Job .com /.

This is an already established website that promotes an attractive Clickbank product called the Interview Manuscript. Each time you get a sale, you will be paid $24.92 through Clickbank (NB! This is 75% of the product price!)

This is a complete package, meaning that you will get:

    • The domain name (10 years old domain - Extremely easy to rank on Google)
    • All Website files
    • Free preparation (I will insert your Clickbank ID and upload the files for you myself if needed!
    + BONUS:

As a bonus, I am giving the winner a copy of my fresh and highly successful e-book Killer Traffic Secrets (sold right here on DP for $47 - yours for free!)

Getting this guide together with the package will help you KICK START the business and drive traffic to the website almost immediately!

    IMPORTANT:

I have currently listed the site for sale at Flippa.com (http://flippa.com/auctions/80274/Premium-Clickbank-Site-10-years-old-Domain-Ready-for-Business). Because of this, the following restrictions apply:

    * The sale is considered to be completed once the site is sold either on Flippa or here on DigitalPoint.

    * In order to honour Flippa's TOS, Flippa bids override DigitalPoint bids. This means that, if the website is sold at BIN our outbid on Flippa then it will be sold to the Flippa bidder. HOWEVER, if you want to be sure to get it, then use the "Buy It Now" feature and I will deem you as the winner of the auction immediately, taking down the Flippa listing.

    * Note that the BIN price listed on Flippa ($357) is considerably higher than the BIN price on DigitalPoint. This is intentional, not a typo :) Consider it a DP-special discount.

    PROOF:

Since my name isn't on the whois information of this domain (I'm selling this site together with my JV partner), I have uploaded the following file to prove that I indeed have the right to sell this website:

    http:// help-job. com/ dpsales.txt

Further, given that you have a decent iTrader and postcount, I may be willing to push before the payment.

    Happy Bidding!
    Bryan

No current traffic or earnings as it was very recently built. (I'm not into Clickbank sales myself, but website flipping instead)

As for marketing plan, all you need to do is drive targeted traffic to the website - and this is where the bonus comes in handy. There's 9 specific methods provided, giving you some exact ways to get traffic to the site quickly.

not to make trouble, but if there is no traffic, then what would stop people from,

    right click
    view source
    copy
    paste
    change cb hoplinks

    = mission accomplish.

then of coz, since there's no traffic to start with. all else is equal with those few easy steps.

funny thing is aged 10y/o without traffic. =[ whats the point then?

sorry for being a hater.. i might just be a newbie who knows nothing nor the "potential" of the site.

@y-ideas.net: I'm taking bids from people who know and appreciate the value of a 10 year-old short and marketable .com domain name and that of a full package. Those wanting to do domain name research, to wait weeks until they get indexed by Google and to spend their time on copying content need not bid.

@All the rest: Please post your questions/comments only if you're interested in buying the site. If you are not interested in the deal then your comments are welcome in a more appropriate section of this forum.

Why advertise it as 'make money immediately' when this is not true. This site will not make the buyer money immediately but in due course IF the buyer manages to get suitable traffic and only IF that traffic actually converts.

The way you worded it gives the impression that this is an established website with 10 years of selling and making money and hence the make money immediately statement.

HI - if I were to BIN - would you cleanup and repair the copy - I noticed it is exactly the same on a few other sites. This might hamper a SE view of the site being a duplicate. I understand that this is an affiliate promotion site - but to buy new copy would be more than the site - can you elaborate?

This site has the same graphics and everything: http://interview.socialnet-online.com/

@lovinglife357, as I mentioned earlier in this thread, I'm not going to dive into discussions as to why aged domains are benecicial, how to get the most out of them and how long it takes to get indexed by Google. There are other sections in this forum for those topics.

@trippyvibes, the website is advertised as 'make money immediately' because given the characteristics, it's very likely to do the buyer just that - start making money immediately. Everything is set up and working (the only thing that needs to be entered is buyer's Clickbank ID - which I will do myself), leaving the buyer with driving traffic to the site - and for this purpose I have added the bonus that will give the buyer a kick-start so that the first hundred visitors would land on the site in 24 hours or less.

@bluffspot, in case of a BIN, I'm willing to arrange unique (copyscape passing) font page copy to be written. P.S. If you don't choose to depend on organic traffic then using the content currently on the site is perfectly fine, as it's PLR content provided by the company whose product the website promotes.

    To all the rest:

Currently, there's 1 bid of $55 made over here and no bids yet on Flippa. The Flippa listing will end in 1 day and 4 hours, and the DigitalPoint listing will end in 4.5 hours. As explained in OP, Flippa bids override DP bids, meaning that the winner will be annonuced after the listing on Flippa ends. However - if you use the BIN feature, then the domain and the site are yours immediately and the Flippa listing will be taken down.

No, I avoided your question as it is NOT related to the site.

This is the last post I make in this thread on a topic not directly related to the site or to this particular sale. People who are not interested in bidding can move on and find something they're interested in.

Never claimed this. You're hallucinating, mate.

The site is indexed by Google. The mere fact that Google's cash is not updated yet (the content the site currently holds is less than 2 days old) is irrelevant.

Pardon, my mistake. Awfully sorry about that - it was likely because the "yes" checkbox is checked by default. However, if you scroll up in the thread there was already a question about the uniqueness of the content, which I answered, so there should be no further doubts regarding this. Once again, my apologies for this mistake.

As for getting what the site is truly worth - absolutely! Those who are interested in the site and can see its potential will surely bid regardless of how many people try and bash the thread.

Just to rub it a bit under the nose of the haters, the site was successfully sold for $150 at Flippa.
