    I've got one, it's crap.

    When they say "let us optimise this for you" they really mean, let us add as many stupid keywords as possible to drain your pockets even further...$10k per month is a pretty small fish too... :)

    I would actually expect that they would optimize your campaigns better, the more money you make the more money you have to spend.

    Besides the optimization, are there any other perks that you have experienced?

    I was spending close to 30 k a month for Adwords for a European company and this account never got a special status or any special advantages. Getting a number for the European adwords office is almost impossible.

    this basically gives all campaign control to GOOGLE... BAD idea...

    I have used them to "optimize" campaigns before. Honest, google reps are amateurs at best and don't really care about your campaigns.

    DONT give this control to google, manage your campaigns yourself, or hire an adwords professional
