Great domain to develop, GD estimates it's traffic to being 300 unique per month. But it's not always accurate so far been parked for like 3 hrs and has 5 hits.

Why would you park a domain like this?

Vistors are clearly looking for an Adult Forum, it would be much better to just develop a Forum with it. I mean it wouldn't take much advertising to get it running it it's already got visitors looking for an forum on a monthly basis.

Well, I'm just saying that it would probably be much more effective to develop it as oppose to park it if you know what I mean. There's a lot more potential for it if it is developed. Not really a parking domain in my opinion at least as some typos are good for.

I'm just kinda parking it to test out the traffic, just tried it today, it has 22 hits so far.
