I visited this [ http:// zero . tritiumx . com ] site from a signature of a member in another forum. i saw premium adsense ads and so i contacted that person via PM and enquired wheather they are adsense ads and is he a premium member. he said he does not know what is a premium publisher and said that those ads are adsense ads. i have taken a screen shot of those ads I saw in his blog. scroll down to see those ads
Such ads are displayed by putting incorrect AdSense code...check his source. The above script has come twice, it should only be once. You get those ads by doing this mistake. Certainly against the TOS.
