Will you take moneybrokers ?

Moneybrokers is the first sign of a scammer !

As posted in the listing on Sitepoint: Paypal or EFT, with the view of Escrow if the buyer would prefer that. Now as there are already a few interested parties, I dont see how i should trust you, You have 5 posts, you call your self a website broker ? but you only use Moneybrokers, No offence but that is rubbish if you were a real site broker you would trade using various payment methods.

We will only deal with Serious buyers and no time wasters

 

I will transfer money to my bank now and pay you via Electronic Funds Transfer then, It will take a few days to reach my bank account, but i am serious about buying this site.

That said there are currently interested parties and the first to use the "Buy it Now" links will be the new owner, i can not hold it for you, on the words that your waiting for funds to reach your bank, specially after saying you only used moneybrokers as payment & your supossed to be a website broker.

How safe is escrow, when selling a website ? Ive got a buyer lined up, but he/she only wishes to use escrow, now after reading about escrow i see they use an "Inspection Period" and then the buyer can request his or her money back...

Now please tell me what is stoping this "Buyer" stealing my Site & Database and then asking for a refund ? never had to use escrow, but i have a buyer insisting on it, If it was safe and my client wasn't in danger of losing his site / database i would be happy to close the sale using this method.

Please if your in the know about this "escrow & inspection period" please let me know, This "inspection period" sounds much like renting a dvd for the night copying/burning it and then returning it the next day.

i will suggest you to use Western Union. As this is a big amount of deal. so you dont need to worry about scam.

I have never used escrow before, and i heard of a lady having her site become worthless becasue someone manged to ask for a refund after buying a site, copies the database and the the original site lost value as the content was no longer unique.

BIN REDUCED TO $4000 !! (PAYPAL ONLY !!)

 

Site has now been sold.... (Well sitting in the hands of "ESCROW" at the moment / Awaiting payment from the buyer)

never mind, site was purchased from Activision or gamestop to prevent sales ....... (TRUE STORY !!) 2 million+ search results landed on my clients call of duty 5 site, 50,000+ related to "order & pre order call of duty 5 / world at war" and yet only 206 orders quite clear that gamestop are not a company you should deal with, as even today after the site has been purchased the daily average is 20+ google'n "order call of duty 5" and yet no sales have been shown since the site was purchased.

GameStop & Linkshare and 2 companies to avoid !! considering gamestop only just caught caught selling stolen goods i dont need to prove my point, this site should have made inxs of 20+k

We currently have CallofDuty6.tv which is expected to be a lot bigger than call of duty 5, We are interested in selling this premium domain, we have already established and deal with amazon for the Game Sales.
