Hello good day. I shoot game videos and upload them on youtube. but my videos have tingling. when I look at other game channels its videos are very nice and no tingling. Which should I use CBR or VBR? which settings are better? At 1080P 60fps setting, youtube offers up to 12 mbps video bitrate.
