I have used the site to direct link all of my own pages and sites and have upgraded the site to PHPLD v 4 with full transferable license. I will intro the new owner to the phpld guys - am unsure what has to happen but they would know as I have never sold one of my directories before.

The database is exceptionally clean and hand culled. There are absolutely no BS links on here. I look at and accept only good links. A real pain in the arse but it makes for a nice site. So this sale comes with the PHPLD license, the site files, the exceptionally clean database and also an additional domain.
