Can someone explain to me the difference besides Premier and Business PayPal accounts besides that the Business account allows you to represent yourself under a company name? Also, if I do not have a registered company but a website and want to use its domain name as the company name, can I still register for the Business account?

Well a business account is a account where a person can deal with a business name rather than your own. You can use that account with more than 1 person

I Think you have to provide them a valid bank account not sure but i think it should be registered with the Business name

Oh, so I need to have a registered business name to get that account. Any other benefits of using a Business account over the Premier account like lower transaction fees for example?

If you are selling something online using cart or something then you must have a business account.

No, you can use your Premier account for business transactions in your own name.

Lotos1: The fees are the same, no matter what kind of account you have.

Here is the comparison between Premier and Business accounts:

If you have a Business account you can allow multiple logins for your employees. Click the link for details.

There are some limitations to send money in both accounts.

If you have a little transactions, use premier account but if many transactions are involved, use business account. Business account allows many different Ips for login.
