Thanks for the nudge. I had been considering re-ordering fro a while. The forum is doing well since we have done business, my user base has nearly trebled. I'm keen to see if it help again

I ordered a package from them four days ago, and got only four posts done on my whole order so far, with 5 people assigned to it. I am pretty unimpressed right now to say the least. however they still have a few more days to complete it.

I am almost ready to order, but I have a few questions I'd like to ask first.

1. My forum has about 45 categories - are you only making posts in one category, or spread out across multiple categories? All categories? Please explain a little bit how that will work.
2. The site is currently on development server, and that's where I want you to start posting, however, at some point during the next month, I will migrate the site to production (including all of the forum posts). Will there be a problem with your folks now going to the production URL to post?
3. Finally, I am thinking about ordering the Platinum Pro package for 2 weeks. If I order the same package at the end of two weeks - will you use the same username to post or create new usernames?
4. On your website, it says that you will post from 7-12 accounts - does that mean that 12 will be registered, but their response frequency will vary, or does that mean that you will only register anywhere between 7-12 accounts (say 8) and use those to post?
5. Do you have the bandwidth right now to handle a platinum pro package in 2 weeks?

Hi,

1.) Posts will be spread across all categories, unless our staff are told otherwise.
2.) No problem - we can update the URL on our system when you change it, or you could put a HTTP redirect on the old URL - up to you.
3.) It depends if the same staff join the job, but we can ask them to use new names if required.
4.) 7 - 12 accounts means unique users - we currently have nearly 200 individual staff members - the posts will be spread over these fairly evenly.
5.) Technically yes, but it obviously depends on the subject matter of the forum, and how many staff we assign.

Thanks for the order, if you have special instructions please mail them to or PM them to us and we can add them to the job instructions for our staff - PayPal does not have a great deal of space for such things

 

The job is now setup and your instructions put on the job description, and your client login details sent, if you need to leave any comment for staff you can do so there
