I am offering my website / online marketplace PremadeTemplates.net up for auction. This is a hard thing for me to do as this site truly is my pride and joy. I am currently in the middle of an emergency family situation and need to make some money quickly. That being said I am looking for a new owner to take over the reigns.

PremadeTemplates.net is one of a kind. We are very pleased and proud to say that we are the largest & only marketplace offering both designers and buyers an exceptional choice in chic, girly & professional design templates. This is a huge niche, and we are our only competition. (do a search on google for girly website design or girly website templates and you will find a ton of results).


This is a huge niche in web design. From Boutique Designing, to Work at Home mom blogs. Women are designing with this type of mindset and trying to perfect their design skill set. Buyers are also everywhere looking for these type of templates everywhere.

We are not only a marketplace but an open community full of designers and people who just love learning and perfecting the craft.

Our blog (premadetemplates.net/blog) is lovingly referred to as "The Encyclopedia of Girly & Chic Web Design".

Our website has a positive focus around the feminine design business. We offer help, freebies, reviews, inspiration and more.

In our marketplace we open it up for everyone to be able to submit templates / premades. (in our community and niche, pre-created templates are referred to as "premades").

We have been online for 8 months now, but just had a MAJOR re-design this past month. We also have introduced our new revenue model this past month which includes PremadeTemplates.net receiving 25% commission on all templates sold as well as offering advertising to interested parties within the marketplace and blog.

Over the past 8 months there has been 48 sales made in the marketplace. The money that the designer's have made is a little over $4000. This has been done with absolutely NO advertising or promotion done at all. This was also done without having any percentage coming to PremadeTemplates.net so you can see the potential here.

Over the past year has really been our BETA period. We have been busy finding high end designers to list their templates / premades with the site and really starting to develop the core community and functionality of the marketplace. I haven't spent any money on advertising, someone looking to purchase this website would want to look into that. A medium investment in Adwords or other online advertising avenue would yield results quickly as well.

Profit and Revenue Potential

With the 25% commission that has been added to be received by PremadeTemplates.net on every sale is going to increase both the profitability and worth of our website. We have also introduced paid advertisements within the marketplace and blog.

The User Interface - Completely Custom Created and Unique

The user interface for the marketplace and coding has been created specifically for this website. I had purchased a script before called MarketplaceScript but it was so full of bugs that I just hired someone to make something specifically for this site.

Any and all upgrades that you want to make to it can be done by my PHP coder who is extremely competent and knows the site in and out. If you would like to utilize his abilities he would be more than happy to do it for you (at a cost of course).

Technical Support

I have always done all the pre-sales and post sale support myself by email. As sales start to increase you will definitely see an influx in pre and post sale support. You would never need to offer help for actually getting the templates to work, that is between the purchaser and the designer. You would be responsible for forwarding payments to the designers when they request a withdrawal from their account interface. Hiring a few people (even overseas) might be an option for you.

Auction Price

I know what this site's worth is and I know it's potential for big bucks. If I could hang on to it for a bit longer it would definitely start paying off for me. Unfortunately like I mentioned in the first paragraph I am in the middle of a family emergency and need the money.

I may end up kicking my own butt down the road for letting this go so soon, but right now I have my back against a wall.

Revenue Details

There has been a total of 48 sales made with a profit for the DESIGNERS of a little over $4000 USD.

During our BETA period we have managed to establish some high end designers who sell their templates in our marketplace. It really just started with a small marketplace and has grown into a community.

In the past month I have incorporated a 25% commission for PremadeTemplates.net on all of the template sales. I have also introduced advertising at a rate of $125 / month. No sales have been made so far as we have done a huge re-design in the past month so this is just being launched.

Our new revenue model went into effect a few days ago.

Traffic Details

Traffic has been pretty consistent for the past 8 months. I have not advertised at all and we usually get around 100 - 200 uniques / month just from the search engines.
