I'm trying to improve my conversion rate. Right now I'm averaging about %15. I believe the problem is the length of time it takes my merchant's website to load. It takes about 10 - 15 seconds for it to load fully, which would be acceptable were it not for the fact that I am trying to page jump down to the middle of their site. The jump only occurs after the 15 seconds have passed, which by then any traffic that was leaving due to not seeing what they wanted has left already. I'm wondering if it is possible to preload their website while users are on my site, so that when the link gets clicked the page loads and jumps immediately (or faster).
