preg match - simple question

For some of you answering should be simple.
I have unique part in text.

How can I retrieve the part highlighted with red color using preg match function?

 

preg_match('/TEXT="([^"]+)/', $text, $match);

echo $match[1];

PHP:

 

<?
preg_match( '#TEXT="(.*[^\"])"#si', $data, $match );
echo $match[1];
