Sorry I did not know where to post this? In the last two weeks I have gone to different sites, mainly with forums and I get this message on the home page "Prefetching is not allowed due to the various privacy issues that arise." I've never seen this before, what is it and why is it done? It's really annoying. I have to do a complete refresh to make it go away.
