Preferred URL Format?

I have a question regarding the following...

Out of the 2 URLs below, which do you think
is the best to use for our website pages:

    1) mydomainnamehere.com/Page-Title.[extension]
    or
    2) mydomainnamehere.com/page-title.[extension]

I tend to use the first format for my website pages
but I'd like to know if there's more benefits in
using a particular format as far as SEO is concerned.

    Thanks for your attention.

I am really not getting your question, is there any one else who is able to understand and able to recognise the difference.

    Yes...

I'm referring to the letter case:

    1) mydomainnamehere.com/Page-Title.[extension]

    2) mydomainnamehere.com/page-title.[extension]

    Page-Title vs. page-title

I'd also like to know if the same applies to folders
    and sub-folders like:

    1) mydomainnamehere.com/Folder01/Sub-Folder02/Page-Title.[extension]

    2) mydomainnamehere.com/folder01/sub-folder02/page-title.[extension]

Again, I like the first format and just wanted to know if one
has any advantage over the other regarding SEO.

    Thanks.

P.S. My doubt is that I read somewhere (don't remember
where - not in DP I believe) that one should follow the
    second format.

    Always use lower case IMO.

Neither will have any effect on SEO, just looks neater.
