Preferance of SE to the links on the page that is not yet indexed

    I m Amit Singh, wanted to ask whether Search Engine give preferance to the links that is given on the directory page that is not yet indexed by the Search Engine. Plz answer to this Question as soon as possible

    If the page isn't indexed then the links won't count at all.
