Depending how the rest of the day went, I usually go to bed at the latest around 4-5AM...this is likely because I work nights though, and need some wind-down time after work
it depend since i usually play before go to sleep. they say that 9-10 pm is the best time. but usually 11 over is my time.
For me the ideal time for me to go to sleep is between 1 and 2am. I gact get good sleep and still wake up around 10am.
It's going very disturbing to me as I can't defined the actual time for my sleeping. Reason behind that is actually my time varies between 11:30 to 1:00 PM in night. And my time to sleep at daily basis is not fix, I sleep during any time of this period from 11:30 to 1:00 PM.
3 am. I know it's not healthy, but I always stay up so late for no reason I gotta change my sleeping schedule
I usually end up staying up til 3am or 4am, or even 5 to 6 if it's the weekend. I really need to correct my sleep schedule though.
Well Personally i am a night person and I tend to find interesting things whether it be ideas, movies or an addicting video game, or online chatting until 3:50 or sometimes 5:50 AM..
