    preDir Premium Directory is currently only 3 weeks old, but has gone from a predicted PR of 0, to 3, and it now sits at 4. (Will be trying to get it to atleast PR5 before next update)

    We are currently looking at purchasing phpld templates and then putting them up for free with a link to preDir on it. So this will raise the pagerank and traffic.
