Predicting keyword average revenue per click etc

    Hi

Im trying to find out which order of my .com.au/Australian domain names I should develop. I'm new to Adsense/Adwords.

    1)
I have started using adwords Australia to get estimates of search volume and Adwords CPS for the domain name keywords.

For example (not my domain unfortunately):
    CreditCards.com.au:
Credit Cards = 165,000 Local search volume AND $10.90 Estimated Avg. CPC

Using these values, what is a good "rule of thumb" to estimate revenue per click in Adsense? Is there a known/educated-guessed % revshare that google pays its Adsense webmasters?

    2) Is there anyway we can highly influence for a page which keyword Google targets Adsense on a page for, so we can target the higher paying keywords? Hope that makes sense.
    Eg: Having a page:
    creditcards.com.au/best-credit-cards.html with following tages:

Best Credit Cards

best credit cards

Would that cause Google to use the "best Credit Cards" keywords (which has 6,600 local month searches, $20.49 Estimated Avg. CPC) for the Adsense ads?

    Thanks
