Sorry thats 7/4/06 (dd/mm/yyyy) Apologies for the confusion. That's barely 2 weeks from now. Basically the sites are finished. I just need to spend time and effort in making a custom design for it and filling in the categories. That's why I need 2 weeks. It could be sooner if I can finish it up. If there are any interested buyers, just PM me now. You can influence the look and feel of your site BEFORE it's finished. Once it's completed, I'm not going to spend time re-designing it. Unless it's worth the price of course

No, believe it or not, I don't. I build links the same way everybody here does. So this sale is for those who know how to promote the sites and build links. They would know how to monetize the site.
I've just received notification that the datacenter is having some problems with their DNS servers. So if you experience flaky loading of the sites, be patient and try again later. I'll re-post the status once they corrected the problem.

I think yiou need to reconsider the color scheme... it's a site for men, but it looks like it's geared towards a completely different group... The navigation is confusing and it's hard to tell what the site is about from first glance. My first reaction would be to leave the site without giving it much of a chance.
Thanks for the feedback. The purpose for the color scheme is to make it unique and soothing. I visited numerous men's magazine sites and they are usually of the color scheme red, white and black. Some of them even look geared towards pornography. I wanted it to look cool and not too macho. I'm sorry if it looks gay to some of you As for the navigation, most people do find it weird. But from my previous sites, they keep coming back! I believe its because I have content that are worth re-visiting. So far, I have no problems whatsoever marketing my sites. Healthy traffic, repeat visits...(refer to 1st post in this thread for stats) If there's a genuine buyer willing to pay the reserve price I have in mind, I wouldn't mind changing the color scheme.
