Can anybody give me a pre-roll video advert company who do not have many requirements as my site is fairly new i dont have many stats to show. my site is stockola.com

decided to build my own advertising program within my site now where users can upload a video advert and pay for how many views they want what is the best place to get people using my adverts?

 

We've been syndicating pre-roll video ads from adap.tv for over 3 years. Yesterday our lowest CPM was over $6 for USA xs 80 - 85% rev shares.

I reviewed your site - here's my basic suggestions:
1) Adap now requires all sites have an Alexa ranking of 50k or better.
2) I did not find video content. Even if you have it, you need an easy, clear path, for Adap reviewers to locate it. It don't have to be on your homepage, but you should have "Video" in your menu, taking web users to a page where they can click videos.
