Pre-paid visa/mastercard possible to fill with PayPal and use internationally?

    Hello,

    I have been trying to find one of those prepaid cards that can be used as a normal visa or mastercard, and using paypal to fill it up.

    So far I have only found cards possible to use for US citizens, I live in Argentina.

    Do anyone know about such a prepaid card, that is free to get and easy to sign up for, and that I can transfer funds to via my PayPal?

    I have been googling and searching all day here without much luck. Thanks and cheers!

    i suggest u to open a online banking account.

    they deliver u the cards.
    and then use those online bank accuont to widraw ur PP money .

    Well it is something like that I had in mind, and I already came across netspend, but they only accept US citizens as far I could see as I could not chose any country.

    If you have any other examples, that can be used for non-US citizens, that would be appreciated.

    You can use it to send money and the receiver (for example yourself) will get a pre-paid VISA card, which you can use in any ATM machine, purcahse in stores etc, just as a regular VISA card.

    Then you can add this card in your PayPal and verify it, and thus withdraw funds to that card. It seem to be internationally supported.

    And here is a list of various online pre-paid card suppliers, some supporting direct transfer from paypal, but the others should be possible to add in PayPal in a similar way. Most of these are for US only though.
