    Uh... it is offshore.

    "Offshore" is geographically subjective: the US is considered offshore for residents of the Netherlands; the Netherlands is considered offshore for the residents of the US. And just because it's located in the Netherlands, and is considered offshore by the majority (based in the US), doesn't mean it allows copyrighted materials on its servers.

    Offshore, off-shore, off shore. Depends where your "shore" is. Makes sense, much?

    Im in, £15 you cant use 1TB of bandwidth at servage. :D

    Generally, offshore means not based in the US, because the US governement like to seize servers which host illegal content, they cant seize a server which is in the Netherlands.

    Offshore does not in any way mean torrentflux/rapidshare/filehosting are allowed. Torrentflux and rapidshare are allowed in the US, it just depends on what you use it for.
