i am hosting my sites from 10th december.
i encountered frequent site down issues.
very poor service from you.
you have not answered my tickets and PMs.
Site uptime as per basicstate.com is 85%
what went wrong with you HostingProvider ?

 

Also having problems, cannot create databases, says it's at the limit.

Note: i've not got one single db on my account.

 

Fantastico is not working
You cannot create subdomains inside public html folder.
So far he is responding PMs and support tickets.
But he regularly visits DP.
Since his site is down, i could not submit support tickets.

 

You should always take backups, lest something like this happens. Give HostingProvider a chance to explain though, he seems trusty.

 

Yeah i've made a support ticket, but had to reply as of yet..

Never got a chance to make a database, so nothing to backup

And i shall, probably give him afew more days, if not i shall go elsewhere.

 

Sorry, I've been having DNS problems on my local area lately. Support tickets used to be answered within minutes most of the time - other clients can tell you this is true.

I'm taking care of these problems now.

To everyone, please let me tell you how sorry I feel for taking so long in replying to this thread and tickets. It's in no way the usual thing at the services I provide.

In fact I have been congratulated many times by my clients for my support tickets reply and resolution time, by both local and international customers.

@Exa: Thanks a lot for your support regarding this matter. It's hard to find people on the Internet who help others altruistically like you did on this thread.

 

I need it for streaming files.. allowed? Will need upto 1 TB(BW) and RAM usage might go upto 256 MB.

I don't need it for audio and video.. I need it for files But they won't be stored(NOT A SINGLE KB) Just streaming through the server like youtube does (Bandwidth will count, thats why I said 1 TB)

If you can't allow all this.. You can't call your hosting 'Offshore'. Offshore hosting means they allow everything except spam.. (Yes EVERYTHING.. Including Torrent Hosting,Rapidleech,Megaupload,File Storage etc) Offshore ignores DMCA reports and allows server load upto 50%

I don't have to allow everything as you told. The limits are set by server administrators.

I'm sorry; this is offshore hosting located in The Netherlands, but I won't accept such contents.

 

Sorry, If you don't allow all this you cannot call your hosting 'Offshore' just because it is located in NL. What your allowing(Warez Linking and Nulled Scripts) can be allowed by ANY OTHER HOST until they don't get any complaints. Sorry to say, but your not selling anything 'Offshore' and nor is your hosting UNLIMITED, as you have listed above. If I can't even use 1 TB Bandwidth how can you call your hosting "Offshore/Unlimited"? I bet I can use upto 1 TB Bandwidth in Hostgator/Hostmonster/Servage in a month without getting suspended! But what I need now is Offshore since the files will be hosted by users on Rapidshare and users might upload/download illegal stuff.. Thanks anyways!
