prdir.org is on sale a few months ago on digitalpoint and didn't find a proper buyer. Now I have put it on sitepoint http://marketplace.sitepoint.com/auctions/43576 with the hope to get a nice sale. it is my only bid directory with PR4 with inner PR in some category. I want to reduce the portfolio of my directories.
A site less than 2 years old and you want to flog it. It makes less than $100 a month, and just 4,000 pageviews But it's not making anything, and borderline profits as far as you're concerned hmmm. I doubt you'll get much for it as it's got hardly any listings, and the design is a bit poor. It doesn't fit in with my portfolio - sadly I won't be buying.
Like to help out where I can. My advice is to hang on to it, change the design and build it up much more before selling. Wait until it's established about 5 years, then sell - but by that time it may be making a lot, so you may not want to sell after all.
Bad domain name, free template which is badly designed. Loads of casinos. You'll struggle to get much over the minimum bid. Good luck though.
