Prayer List Website - What type of script would I need to use?

    Ok, I want to start a prayer list website for my community, and I was wondering which script could do all of this:

    Features:
    Post/Read Prayers
    User Managment
    Groups (Churches)
    I Prayed For You Button (kinda like on facebook.
    Front Page - Recent Prayer Requests
    Anti-Spam System
    No Ads
    # of People that prayed for that Person


    Can anybody link me to the script that is closest and easiest to convert to.
