I didn't said any thing about revenue, as i never gave it time, if u know SEO thing u can guess its fair price for such search engine traffic coming with almost ZERO effort.

Apart from that domain + design + database itself some $'s and for such engine traffic only asking for few $ extra

But as i said open to all offers, thats not a fix price really

Theres not a single link also sold on site, so u can even make some initial $ by selling some links for a year or so.
and banner impression's(theres an automated banner rotation in the admin panel area to add banners),they will be displayed over "Welcome" image. atleast u can make half the money by doing this and rest with doing SEO/submissions etc.

just trying to see if i will get good offer, as had to give time to my major sites, else there will be my own adsense and i will keep the site.

The site is still not fully transfered. There is only layout but no content .... please let me know what is going on.

 

Domain was pushed same day of "sold" database was giving some error on the new buyer's host "different sql versions".

All fixed now and site is also moved to new owner's host
