    Can anyone access anything that was hosted on their prahost.com account? It has been down for at least 24 hours and I have seen nothing here.

    There has been a 12 hour downtime on our shared hosting and dedicated server hosting network due to a router firmware upgrade going bad. While I am unable to explain everything in detail at this time, I can let you know that we are working on the matter constantly!

    We should be back to normal working condition within a maxmimum of 2 more hours.

    yap server is still down. main site is moved to other sever. if u have backup tell me i will host you on other server.(open ticket with backup files)

    iBoot.. can you update us on how this is going.. I need my files with the database, if you have lost them somehow there will be a big problem for me, i will need to recode the whole site and unfortunately since this is your mistake ill bill you for it.. Keep me updated about this please, latest on monday ill need to start to code it again to get it up as soon as possible..

    Thay will not give any information at all, even if they do so it will be a lie.. Just talked to the guy and he tries to convince me that their TOS was covering (him) from file loosing.. I read his TOS after the server went down and there was nothing as you can see from google cache http://209.85.135.104/search?q=cach.../tos.htm+prahost+TOS&hl=sv&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=se he sais that he changed that before long before the crash. I lost whole my site in this, one years work gone and he wont take any responsibility at all, instead he lies about things.. Once i thought iBoot was one of the best hosts here at DP, but i was clearly wrong...

    He will not help you out, he changet his TOS AFTER the crash so it covers his as and says now that he changed them before, I know he is lying since i didnt read his TOS when i signed up, i red them when the servers crashed and he got up his homesite. I lost one years work and he is lying and wont help at all...

    i don't know it is good or bad, My server provider said they will take 1 more week to recover data from DC but they not sure about backup.

    I can do the back up of the database. If they take a week that is fine. I just need to be able to access my files on that server and to do the backup myself of the SQL database.
