However $400 for BIN? Wow, isn't it a bit too much for an intro and 4 pages of content (yes I know: unique design/text, logo, SEO.. but $400?! Is the American dollar that useless these days? )

 

I actually just started to notice that and will start a new batch using some differentiations. I'm not the designer, I have a several of them working for me but all of the ones I sold this week are from the same designer.

You guys are lucky, actually. When I first started building my networks, I used to pay $500-$1000 just for the design with no content. Even now, the designs alone are costing me anywhere from $150-$300 depending on what I want. If you guys finds someone who will design high caliber sites like these for any less than that, send them my way. I have plenty of work for them. I'm very serious.

Just to give you an idea, most of my travel sites earn an average of $.25 cents per click on Adsense. Today, this particular site up for sale has earned $.26 cents based off of one click.

I charge extra for it since I'm finding that people are able to build a whole network of travel sites simply by editing the PSD files. I have no problem with that, but I see this as being an extra value for the buyer, so I make it an option.
