PR8-PR3 site appraisal wanted

    I am interested in selling my website, but not sure what to ask for.
    www.clickonurlandfindtherealname.com.

    Any ideas?

    Here some stats.
    • It includes 6 subdomains
    • Many pages of PR1-5
    • Good income (1200 usd a month)
    • Used to be PR7 1,5-2 years ago
    • Around 6000 pages

    Its more focussed on niche content so not to many visitors:

    Thanx for this idea. Which part is the income it generates and which would you guess is the rest. Like would you calculate 12 months income and the rest.

    I know its not exact science... but like to know anyway ;-)
