    thank you korzon for that brilliant posting.Yes it was a single page website and i have owned this site about 7 months and it has passed pr 3 times now.
    It is priced at $6000 because it was a dropped domain ,anyonehere who has ever bought a pr7 that was pr7 from scratch knows they go for 2-3x what i am asking.
    In any case i have received many emails on this and if site is not sold friday -expect a post for homepage pr7 links .

    casinobonusguy, it would have been honest to disclose right at the beginning that it was a drop-catch. That site won't hold its PR and that will drop down to under PR5 at the next update. And you know it.

    What makes me an expert? Hmm, I've got email correspondence with you from about 10 months ago when I predicted that your mac***.org site wouldn't hold its PR7 (you said you had a $$2K offer for it then, LOL. If you did sell it that's one sad customer now). You said it would be a PR8 by summer. It's PR4 today, you've got a lot of catching up to do before summer ;)

    I also predicted your v-ch***.org site wouldn't hold PR7. Today it is a PR4. Similarly with other PR7 sites we discussed at that time. Like script***.net.

    Your arguments were that you had killer links from certain high PR sites, like gnu. I checked those links and still predicted that your PR wouldn't last. You called me a "smart ass".

    The PR of this latest drop catch won't last either.

    When you post a thread selling homepage PR7 links I suggest you charge an annual rate rather than a monthly one ;)
