PR7 Text Link

Ive been offered a PR7 Text Link and am wondering should I use my 2 keyword phrase or a 1 keyword text link? If I use the 2 keyword phrase text link will I rank for the 2 keywords together and as seperate words? Which would have more benefit for my site?

The 1st word alone in my keyword phrase gets 11,000,000 searches a month and the 2 together get 60,000 so if I go with the 2 together will I rank well for the 1st alone as well?

 

I think using two words together brings more traffic, because you'll get benifits of 1st word, 2nd word and combination of words.
If you used 2 words benefit will be three times.

If you use 2 keywords it will be counted as 1 keyword/phrase. Keyword1 and keyword2 can not get much benefit when they are searched separately.

 

I think it's often easier to rank for multiple keywords/a keyword string than it is a single keyword.
