Hey my current website is PR0, it's 2 months old with 190k backlinks, none of which are paid links. i have been waiting for an upgrade, any who.. 2 days ago i checked and 1 datacentre gave me a pr7, i checked the next day and then the same one but an added other data centre give me an additional pr7, i just checked now and yet another data centre gives me another PR7. is this a trend? in total now 3 servers have come to an agreement with PR7. will the rest follow? post yours thoughts please and predictions/possible outcome. thank you
DotComGod, Don't get too excited over that. The only thing I can tell you is that I have been waiting for PR on my new website, and I have about 300 new backlinks, all PR0 to 3. When I checked some tools with this new update, one of the datacenters also showed me a PR7. I couldn't get excited because there is no possible way for my site to have PR7 (but do I wish!). I should have PR of 1 or 2 from this update, but I haven't seen anything yet. All datacenters but that one showed PR0. A 7 is outta the question for me, and unless you have either 10's of thousands of links OR a handful of PR7 or above links to your site, I don't think it's possible for you either. But now that we see this pattern here...?
oops, I did not read 190k of backlinks. I still think you need more, not positive though! Someone else can chime in on that.
Pm me your site too, I'll look into it. A 2 month old site with 190k backlinks is not good news, IMO.
Well i have in the past done the exact same methods as i have with this website, in the same time-scale, with the same websites (links) and last time my website (which is now sold) got PR6 after 2 months
Yep, I PM'ed you some info on your site. Definitely PR0. Do you mind sharing just how you build that many backlinks in such a short period of time? Thanks, Spidey
Hi ... how do manage to get 190,000 back links, in such a brief period? Sweet, I must say. You write you've gone this route before and google hasn't minded; I'm surprised, but happy for you. That said, given your back link count, I'd guess a PR5 to PR7 isn't out of the question. As for the data centre reports, I, too, get 2-5 PR7s, each time I do a page rank check. My sense it's the google flux, a new dance, intended to mess the minds of those who operate websites. Good luck.
lol, well i would love to let you all in on my little way of doing it, and for free i cannot, but im half way through writing a back-linking tutorial/ebook, price when released will be $12. PM me to reserve your's now. thanks
Iwebtool? It's been showing these for weeks, must be broken, or those specific datacentres is showing completely wrong details.
lol google.toolbars dc showed pr7 and then it vanished this morning hehe. anyways, expecting a PR6 at least , selling ads (The site is webmaster/tutorial related) give me a bell if u need hooking up, $35 permenant link. anyone else noticed anything weird with there pr's?
