As much you can get for it. I personally don't buy domains based on PR but i'm sure lot of people do and swear by PR.
You can just sell links and make a nice ROI. Now if you want to sell one time deal i'm sure you can get $300+ for it IMO.
    Good luck

Google stopped updating PR since 04/10 , so its really not a factor anymore. Anyway, 6 month ago , price of 1000$-1200$ was about it.

It is still a factor. Google still has an internal pagerank index that they keep to themselves. They just haven't been updating the public database, so your site could have gained or lost pagerank since the last update, which was a long time ago. They are probably doing it to try and reduce people from buying domains like this and making a profit by leveraging the pagerank system.

Sure there is internal PR , but
a)there is no way for us to find it
b)I'm sure, that's not what topic starter meant :)

Its still a reflection of the relative power and value of that domain. Therefore the price should still be good. About 1k should be good, it would still be important to assess the alexa rank and keyword popularity amongst other factors.

if you actually earn money with the site and have some visitors you should get more than $1000 for it (depending on how much income the site is generating).

Normally you can sell it for 5 to 8 times the amount it is generating at the time of sale. I am not sure about the exact price maybe around $1500. Article directories get huge traffic if they are good enough.
