    There are lot of people who sell high PR links on DP. Go on the buy, sell and trade section under link sales, you will get lot of offers. Let me know if you are really serious for it, but also be careful hile buying high links.

    I will suggest you not to buy link. Just concentrate on contents of your site. If the number of pages are less then add some pages.It will take some time to get high pr.
