    It looks like the owner of therockstar.info is the same owner of the blogs that's giving this domain it's PageRank status. How can you assure us that you won't pull the therockstar.info down off your blogrolls after it sells? As soon as you remove the the link, it'll be worthless as far as pagerank goes.
