    Just wanted to see what you guys thought this site would be worth. I have it parked with Parketeer which is a great site for PR, keeping it and increasing it. Its a hassle free setup so if youre interested let them know I sent you. Im considering selling the site PR6 and all other pages are PR5 total about 12 other pages. Let me know. Thanks

    Nice, but how about the backlinks ?
    If you have many strong backlinks they you could take some low $xxxx.
