PR6 Webtools / Wordpress site. Earns at least $70/month!

Hi, I have webtoolscollection//com a great PR6. I've had several interested parties contact me about this one, so I've decided to put it up in the open for offers starting at only $250!

I have a reserve and BIN to be posted later. I will let this run until Sunday May 13 10PM MST or until claimed at BIN or I decide to accept an offer. I reserve the right not to sell.

• This is a site that makes money from several affiliate programs, including the "Ready To Go Sites" you see. It runs on a customized template/turnkey site from the last-mentioned affiliate.
• I've made at least $173.05 (revised from my previous estimate of $200) in affiliate commissions since Feb 24 (when I started it):
  • PQDB paid: $67.50
  • PQDB pending: $33.75
  • Text Ads: $12.80
  • Semiologic: $59.00
  That equals about $70/month at the current rate, although I can envisage this increasing steadily if the site is actually promoted. These figures are very conservative because I'm only taking into account the affiliates where I (can) track revenue - for some I don't or can't (e.g. Adsense, since I've run out of channels). And some of the traffic is channeled to my other sites (e.g. wp-styles.com) where I'm also making money (i.e. indirect sales). I have also just started selling text links and have earned $12.80 from one (which seems a bit low, as they set a price of $40.00 per ad) for the month so far. (Revenue screenshots)

• There has been a decline in traffic due to me neglecting the site, but with some promotion and active backlinks-building this site could be a killer and great earner. I will be selling more text links if I don't sell the site now.
• The site has a lot of potential as-is, as a general "webtools" site, or could be (re)developed to promote exclusive WordPress products. It also has a great multi-purpose generic name.
• Registered at GoDaddy for a free push. (Expires 24-feb-2008)
• Offers from just $250 (with a reserve).
• BIN TBA.

The BIN price I envisage is only based on current (low) trackable income levels, as well as the name and great potential. So there is great scope here.


Posted on multiple forums, post SOLD to claim at BIN when posted AND please send payment asap. Site is not sold until payment received and cleared and I reserve the right to sell to someone else if prompt payment is not forthcoming.

Payment via verified PayPal account only (no eChecks), or (at my option) via escrow through iMonetize (I will pay the escrow fees, except that the buyer must pay a $25 fee when paying with a wire transfer).

Free push to the current registrar only (you can transfer somewhere else later at your cost if required). One week free hosting and full CPanel/FTP access so you can move the site (or I can provide reasonably priced hosting thereafter). Please note, the responsibility to ensure your hosting is suitable and to move the site and set it up on your server is entirely yours, although I will give you full written instructions about the operation and setup of the site.
