I own a turkish web site. I do not want sell it.

I only want to know that how much it is.

* It's a dmoz listed web site
* Its page rank is 6 and has over 30+ pr 6 web site .
* dnscoop.com says the value of this web site is $2,105,114
* it has over 28k indexed pages on google
* The age of this web site is 13 months.
* It has so many permanent listing on paid directories. I had links from so many paid directories, blog posts and article directories. Its page page rank will not drop in future

Why would you buy a site? Would you pay money just because it has PR? Most people don't.

While PR and number of indexed pages are all very good they rarely form the sole basis of a valuation. What does, very often, form the sole basis is what the site is earning. Change that "very often" to "almost always".

Would my local football team win their next match? No matter how much I talk about the design of their shirts, how good looking they are or what their favourite foods are you'll have no idea of the likely outcome of their next match till you know who's playing whom.

 

This is the posters site. The poster wants a value of the site.

OK, I'll explain my point: You need to know earnings to come up with an estimate on value.

 

dnscoop.com does not say the exactly price....not even close in my opinion

 

I can point one of my pr8 sites to any site and have it a pr6 at the next update doesn't mean the site is worth any more than the registration cost.

 

After analyzing hundreds of domain name auctions, I can give you an educated guess based on the information given.

I would say that the domain itself without earnings can achieve anything from $1000-3500 at a domain name auction such as TDNAM.
But this valuation is based on the premise that the site is in English. The price achieved may be lower if it is in another language

 

i know this website, iv seen it many times, i see there is adsense ads and they must earn quite abit since with the site being a strong pr6 (since it has alot of google backlinks) it gets good search results for targeted traffic. most of its traffic is targeted from search engines, meaning that the traffic is good quality and most users stay on the site and read quite abit.

since i dont know the earnings i cant really say but i know it would be worth more for the actual quality of the site and its users

You have to tell us how much you make in 1 month. 1 months profit X6 to 9... Thats usually how you do it...

 

it's making nearly 80-90$/day from adsense . i have put only adsense

i did not try to sell link or the other money making options

 

Starting price maybe be around $10,000 but you would have to have some proof of income
