I wanna sell this best video site of Turkey as I will be studying in USA next year (in need of cash). I'm calling it the best, because there is no other PR6 video site in Turkey, plus this site has visitors from all around the world, quality traffic. The site gets 6000-7000 unique visitors and 200000-250000 page views daily. The site is up for 4-5 months. It runs on an edited version of onArcade game script, made compatible for a video site. The admin backend is in English so you won't have trouble administrating the site. I will also include the English version of script I made if you want. The site has full SEO. Updating the site takes 15 minutes of work daily. It has a YouTube bot in the backend, and you can add as many videos as you want by just entering a keyword and a few clicks. The bot crawls the videos and lists them for you. You just tick the ones you wanna add, and you're done. Low maintenance. The domain is registered at Directi, free push is available. Currently there are 20,677 videos on the site. The videos are not hosted on my server. They're from YouTube and some other video sites. There are 2760 registered members although the site is open for the guests. In the daytime, there are 120-180 online visitors on the site every minute.

It runs on a custom template. After I changed the template, the CTR got 2 times higher than before. I will also include the old template to the sale.

The site is a strong PR6 with many PR5 inner pages. It has 7200+ backlinks. I made a list for inner pages' PR values;

Revenue Details:

Most of the revenue is from AdSense. It makes average $30 daily after it got PR6 from the last update, and I changed the template. CTR is very very low like %0,20. If you could higher it 2 times, you could twice your earnings, I'm not very good at ad placement and such things.

The rest of the revenue is from link sales since it's a PR6 now. I sold 4 links on 3 month basis, each from $55, and $220 in total.

Traffic Details:

%21 of the traffic is direct type-in traffic. This site is a brand. The rest of the traffic is purely from Google.

The traffic's %55,3 from Turkey, and %19,4 from USA. The rest is from all around the world but mainly from Germany, Canada, UK and Netherlands.

Thanks. It's not really so expensive. It would worth $12k according to its monthly revenue already, add PR6 rank and high traffic to it, which makes it a minimum of $20k. Plus there is no reserve price on the site.

Also, you don't need to know Turkish to bid for the site. Everything is automated on the site, all updating process. Admin backend is in English, and that's all you need. You don't need to know Turkish at all.

 

I understand, its a good buy. The comment on the language is mainly due to the fact that it would be difficult to find good advertisers for the site, in the sense that it would be difficult to communicate with them. Besides, it would be interesting to be capable of understanding an email querie from a user.

But as I say, for a person who understands it, its seems to be a good buy.

 

It's already earning a good amount from AdSense and you can always go for other PPC programs like AdBrite, AdEngage, Bidvertiset and so on. There is not much communication going on with users. Also, %20 of traffic is from USA.
