    probably from backlinks that are dropped, ok so as long as that is clear. I am not interested in it anymore but thanks for answering my questions and being honest! :)

    I would have to say that this is valid.

    The PR6 most likely came by a bunch of news sites posting the site in Articles about it and a load of government backlinks.

    I would say this is a good buy, because it was most likely advertise to the whole state and a bunch of people might still have it bookmarked.
