    Hi

    I'm considering selling my stable PR6 wordpresstheme/webmaster site.

    The site has a lot of backlinks mainly due to a free wordpress theme distributed through the blog.

    The site has been a PR6 since I bought it in January 2007.

    *edit*The site is passively earning over $230 a month from selling text links through text-link-ads.com and linklift.de (I'm not sure if its possible to keep the links currently on the page). *edit*

    Adsense earnings is a low $10 a month.

    Sponsored posts: We did quite a lot of money doing sponsored posts however I think its really up to the buyer to monetize this area and historic values means nothing.

    Why am I selling: I'm getting rid of most sites like this since I want to focus on three high quality concepts instead.

    Who should buy: I think the perfect buyer is someone who is either a really good wordpress theme designer (the site ranked very well for the word "theme" during some time) ... or who is already running a theme affiliate business of some sort and want to add a site to his collection that can really give anchor words such as "theme" "themes" "wordpress themes" etc a really good SEO boost.

    I reserve the right not to sell, payment through paypal (you need a high rep here then) or IBAN. The auction will continue for a maximum of 15 days, definite ending to be announced.

    I made a misstake with the textlink revenue, the correct number is over $230 a month. Very sorry for that I have edited the sales post.
