I just felt like it Suf.
It was one fo those mad moments i just decided its time to move on.
I will still be involved becuse we have the UK Black Hat Seo meeting and are expecting about 60 - 90 people from round the world but i need to concentrate on my other sites more and just dont have the time to develop it futher.
Someone can make a mint out of it so i may as well pass it on for a good low price.
