PR6 site - made over $2000 in two months

    I have three PR6 sites but looking at selling just one for now.
    This site has made me over $2000 by simply selling monthly and yearly links.
    The only advertising I have done is on two forums...so the new owner can really grow this site and make much more.
    You can add adsense to the site or even sell article space....

    I do have one request that the new owner honor the Yearly links that are remaining on the site.
    Most of the links are monthly links so they can be removed or you can contact the buyer to see if they wish to purchase more links.

    You are allowed to make any changes to the site and even use your own site if you want - BUT the remaining yearly link will need to be left on the home page.

    PSS - AS always - the Longativity of a PR6 site cannot be guaranteed...it will depend on how much effort the new owner puts in to it.
