The number of pages in google changes from around 150,000 up to a million.

Runs the COOP which account for the last 5 links in the footer..approx 27,000 in weight at present.

It has a link exchange with one webmaster who is happy for the links to remain which is a free mutual exchange accounting for most of the other footer links.

3 of the footer links are paid for at $30 per month each = $90 per month paypal subs.

Adsense was $100 last month but the CTR is crap so could be doubled easily if the ads were integrated.
Adsense this month $54 for first 15 days.

Offers over $3000 invited.
It is on a cheap host and the site loads slowly for me so this may account for the low indexed pages at around 250,000 just now, uses one sql DB.

I have recently and in the past been asked to sell copies of this as its a script/database dynamic site, I have not sold any copies however the new owner could go down that route if they wanted to sell copies to quickly re-coup their outlay.

Around 24,000 "sites" last month which is the lowest figure and the most accurate as far as unique I think? Unless someone knows different. You can see the screenshot attached.

108059 page impressions from last month according to adsense which is pretty close to webalisers "visits" numbers.

What is the reason for selling? Didn't this sell on SitePoint a few months back?

 

I bought it around may/june, I am looking to raise some cash to purchase a big site that I have been offered so some of my smaller sites will be sold to fund it.

Can you elaborate on this? Seems to be important source of high PR inbound links. Any aasurances links will remain?

 

In July I confirmed the link exchange would remain in place, it is not a friend or my network, I do have the email address of the link partner and have no reason to doubt that this will remain in place indefinitally as long as the recip links are left in the footer.

How did you 'run the coop'? What program/tool did you use to figure this out? (Not trying to discredit you, just a noob question who doesn't know much about coop.)

 

Hmm, there is a section on this forum devoted to the COOP, with 27k of weight you can get thousands of backlinks to any sites that you wanted, some people may see this as a way to rent coop space which can be valuable, others use coop weight to promote their own site, if you dont know what it is then it may not be a selling point to you but you would need to do your own research, ask around and read the coop section, 27k is pretty handy. It is setup already and you would just take over the account, so you can place adverts on thousands of other websites for any site you wanted as long as it was within the coop TOS.

I have had LOTS of emails, I get the feeling I/someone could sell the site script/DB and make much more that way, make me an offer and put this to bed if you want, if no acceptable offer is made by Friday night I will withdraw this site from the market as I would want to sell the site as is and the new owner could offer it as a script for sale and also increase text links sales if they wanted.
