PR6 Quality Directory Now for SALE!

I didnt purchase links. i did it on my own way of link building. and ask my friend to link my directory to their high PR sites. with reciprocal from my PR6 also sites also. thats why. the backlinks will remain until the nextPR update is done.. Btw even you have 1k below backlinks you can still have PR6!

Why didn't you make the sale back then?
Why are you trying to sell few weeks before the PR update?

Looks strong but will it be able to go through the next PR update without any loss of PR?
I am willing to pay what you ask for a PR 6 directory, but I would like to know what kind of backlinks you have, for how long etc....
In other words is the directory ready for the coming PR update or you just expect to sell it before that?
Please take no offence.

If you review G backlinks you can pretty much see where the PR is coming from. All legit and nice except the fact they will be pulled in a couple of months which would create a link popularity void for the site that could see G punish it some more.

Question unanswered, how old is the site? Seems like its only got PR for the first time from the last update, therefore PR will be very stable.

My main question was is this directory prepared for the upcoming PR update?
Or it got its current PR and then promotion stopped? Because you don't build a PR 6 on PR 6 reciprocal links.
All I am asking is if there was sufficient promotion for the coming update, or is it going to lose it's current PR and drop to a 4 or 5?
And of course nobody can guarantee that, but at least I want to know if there has been the same promo that brought it here.
I would like to make an offer but as I said I need to clear some things if I am going to spend some thousand $$$$.
So I would really appreciate a responsible answer from the owner.

Hi dsakella about your question why i am selling this directory again.. please read my first post in this thread carefully and you will understand why..

And the directory has strong backlinks from my sites and my friend sites which are PR5 and PR6'S sites and directories.. the backlinks will remain there until the next PR update is done by august i will not remove any backlinks of it so the directory will retain the PR6 position..

Your question about how old is the directory. It is 5 months now. for the stats youre looking for sorry to inform you but i didnt install any stat counter there and also my other directories. but im sure that the traffic comes from webmaster forums like digitalpoint.
