    The only links that must stay are the links on the left hand side. Once there term is up you may renew, remove, or replace with whatever you would like.

    I have a few of my sites pointing to www.tutorialcollection.com, but nothing that is contributing major PR or traffic. I will however keep all the current links pointing to the site for one month after the sale is over.

    I would say 2 hours a week. Check the que for new tutorials and approve or deny them. Manage link placement and sales for the site can be done on a monthly basis. I used an exel spreadsheet and Paypal subscriptions to keep track of link sales.

    The site is linked well and gets 10+ new tutorial submitions a week. Very easy site to maintain.

    Currently i have no paid advertising running. All traffic is from search, return visitors, and link trades. I would be willing to help transfer the site to your new host or host it on my servers for a reasonable rate.

    Regarding help maintaining the site: I will be happy to answer questions and share any marketing or maintenance advice with you until you are comfortable; however, you should be able to edit the files and update the site yourself.
