Also, I am very very much pissed off that when the BIN was set to $250 and I went for BIN price then seller wants to go for more. That really looks cheap. Now I got a PM from seller that higher bidder (higher than BIN price) is not getting back to him so he wants to sell it to me. That is bad a bad repo.

 

I dont think this is a very good idea.

Maybe he has forgotten about the link there, you might just remind him to remove it.
